The idea to create askinyathelo.org.za came from a vision to create an online community of sharing and practice for Advancement Practitioners in non-profit organisations and institutions.

The portal is intended to be a platform for sharing information, tips & tools, and articles of interest related to the context we work in and Advancement & Fundraising. The topic areas have been selected according to the Building Blocks for Advancement, viz.

For the vision to be realised and for the platform to be relevant, we’d like for you to be co-curators in growing this space. Please be in contact if you have information to share, whether it be book recommendations, weblinks, articles, or practical tips and tools, etc.
